We’re seeking a detail-oriented and independent Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our financial records with precision. Responsibilities:

Reconcile all accounts (bank, credit card, and merchant accounts) and close the books by the 10th of each month to ensure timely financial reporting.

Perform quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and prepare accurate financial statements.

Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely customer invoicing and vendor payments.

Manage merchant card transactions and financing company receipts for accurate cash flow tracking.

Maintain compliance with tax regulations and assist with audit preparation.

Utilize QuickBooks Online to generate reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in service industries (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home services).

QuickBooks Online Certification (or equivalent proficiency).

Associates’ degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience or certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) considered.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., ServiceTitan) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
