Are you a seasoned bookkeeper who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and helping businesses stay on track? Our well-established CPA office in the Lakeway area is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the complete bookkeeping needs of approximately 20 monthly clients and several quarterly clients. This includes handling payroll filings (941, 940, SUTA), W-2s and 1099s - electronically, sales tax reports, bank reconciliations, general ledger adjustments, and local business licenses. We're looking for someone who understands the full bookkeeping process from start to finish - someone who can work independently, yet values being part of a small, supportive team.
To be considered, you must have at least 5 years of full charge bookkeeping experience. Familiarity with accounting software like CS Accounting, SAGE, and QuickBooks is highly preferred. While the primary focus is bookkeeping, you will also be responsible for front desk reception duties, including answering phone calls.
