Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support accounting operations for a growing retail business with approximately 40 locations. This is an in-office position based in Van Nuys, CA. The ideal candidate is a QuickBooks Online Power User and an Excel Expert
Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multi-location retail operations
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Accounts payable & accounts receivable
General ledger maintenance
Monthly close and financial reporting
Sales tax tracking and reporting
Work closely with management and CFO
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience,
Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online (Certification preferred)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
Familiarity with California payroll laws and sales tax regulations.
Self-starter with ability to work independently
