    The Compensation Package

    We believe great salespeople deserve to make great money. Here's how it works:

    Base: $75,000 and annual OTE of $150,000 - $280,000 (uncapped — exceeding quota unlocks bonuses and accelerators)

    Compensation is negotiable for candidates with existing industry relationships.

    What You'll Do

    This is a full-cycle field sales role. You own the process from first contact to closed deal.

    • Prospect and open new accounts across your 8-state territory through relationship-building, referrals, and outbound outreach to stone fabrication shops
    • Conduct product demonstrations — in person and virtually — showing prospects exactly how No Lift eliminates manual lifting from the shop floor to cabinet top
    • Close deals across the full product line: installation carts, cranes, trailers, and complete turnkey packages
    • Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools; log every calls, notes and follow-ups
    • Attend industry trade shows, stone expos, and regional events to build market presence
    • Follow up strategically — not just “checking in,” but bringing value to every touchpoint
    • Collaborate with the No Lift team on territory strategy, feedback from the field, and product improvements
    • Represent No Lift's values of genuine care for installers' health and long-term career sustainability

    Who You Are

    Requirements

    • You've sold into the trades — construction, stone, tile, flooring, cabinets, tools, or equipment — and you understand how shop owners and field crews think
    • You're comfortable with a 1-week-on/1-week-home road schedule and the independence that comes with a large territory
    • You have a track record of closing consultative, relationship-based sales — not just transactional, order-taking selling
    • You know how to prospect from scratch and build a pipeline based on relationships
    • You communicate with confidence and warmth — in person, on the phone, and in follow-up
