    Position Overview

    Element Roofing is hiring Full-Cycle Sales Representatives who take full ownership of the sales process—from generating leads to closing deals and supporting project completion.

    This role is designed for driven , hands-on sales professionals who are comfortable working in the field , climbing roofs , and managing their pipeline from start to finish. You will be responsible for prospecting, inspecting roofs, educating homeowners, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth transition into production.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and self-generated efforts
    • Perform roof inspections and assess damage or replacement needs
    • Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and solutions
    • Present proposals and close roofing projects
    • Assist homeowners with insurance claims when applicable
    • Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
    • Conduct final production checks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
    • Represent Element Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

    Requirements (Mandatory)

    • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (required)
    • Ability and willingness to climb roofs (required – disqualifier if not met)
    • Availability to work evenings: Tuesday–Friday, 4 PM – 8 PM (required)
    • Availability to work weekends: Saturdays, 9 AM – 4 PM (required)
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales
    • Door-to-door or in-home sales experience
    • Familiarity with insurance-based sales processes
