Confidential Listing Location: Greater Denver Metro Area We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of a mid-to-large-scale full-service hotel in the Greater Denver Metro Area. This property serves a diverse mix of corporate, group, and leisure travelers and features a strong food and beverage program. The ideal candidate brings a balanced background in both room division and food & beverage operations, along with a proven ability to drive performance, build strong teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Position Overview As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of the hotel. This role is instrumental in shaping the property’s culture, driving financial performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on leadership across all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineering/maintenance • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and staff, fostering a positive and service-driven culture • Establish and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in the guest experience • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to achieve profitability goals • Drive top-line revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, maximizing occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR • Maintain a strong presence in food & beverage operations, ensuring quality, service standards, and profitability • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support operational needs • Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards • Build and maintain relationships with guests, local businesses, and community stakeholders • Monitor guest feedback and online reputation, implementing continuous improvements as needed • Provide regular reporting on performance, challenges, and opportunities to the ownership/management group Qualifications: • 5–7+ years of progressive hotel management experience, including at least 3 years as a General Manager • Proven success in managing full-service hotel operations • Strong background in food & beverage operations required • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service orientation • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and manage multiple priorities • Proficiency with hotel management systems and technology
