Full Service Media, a quickly growing real estate media company, is currently looking for our next great creative Photographer/Videographer! The ideal candidate will work as an independent contractor photographing and videoing homes with occasional portrait photography of teams and events. This position is compensated per shoot. There may be 1-4 shoots per day. Generally, the photographer will be on location between 1 to 3 hours at a time. Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical. Some twilight hours, Saturday, and Sunday shoots may be necessary but are not the norm. Top of the line equipment will be provided. Responsibilities: • Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites • Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients • Ability to edit and manipulate photos for lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality photography • Create beautiful photos and videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly • Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way Qualifications: • Must have Real Estate Photography and Video Experience • Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment • Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects • Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines Compensation: $20 - $60 Hourly
