Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Director of Admissions, Marketing Manager, or equivalent in Skilled Nursing

• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Directing the orientation program for residents

• Assisting patients with financial and legal matters — Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, VA, etc.

• Helping patients make essential decisions about their healthcare

• Covering room rates, billing procedures, visitor/guest privileges, restrictions, and resident care with residents and prospective residents
