    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

     

    Full Spectrum Staffing Solutions is an executive search firm in South Orange County that specializes in recruiting leadership positions in the long term healthcare space. Our specialties are skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and hospice. 

    This person will be in charge of one of the most important processes on the front end of our recruiting and business development efforts - sourcing, refining, and aggregating data that helps our team reach out to the right people. This job has a tangible growth path into sales and recruiting within our firm.

    JOB[1] [2] DUTIES (INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    ● Cold calling potential clients & scheduling appointments between a client and the sales team

    ● Sourcing candidates and clients from several sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, Hiretual, Crelate, White Pages, Google, etc.

    ● Calling directly into businesses to ask for contact information, if needed

    ● Manage all data inside our CRM systems Outplay and Crelate

    ● Work directly with the recruiting and sales team to identify biggest needs for data sourcing

    ● Utilize ZoomInfo to create customized search plans for specific searches at team’s request

    ● Research specific company websites to gather names and titles

    ● Research industry associations, websites, and other appropriate avenues to gather names in the target market.

    ● Put candidate and client contact information into Crelate and Outplay (system can be taught)

    ● Research and input profiles from LinkedIN into Crelate using Chrome extension

    ● Collaborate with all departments to ensure everyone is supported

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ● Recruiting is a very fast paced, high information environment. This person must have the ability to stay organized, take meticulous notes, set reminders, build a daily plan for themselves, etc.

    ● College degree preferred, but not required

    ● Intermediate Excel knowledge is a must

    ● Familiarly with CRM systems would be a plus

    ● Technology proficient

    ● Mac/Apple user preferred
