What You'll Be Doing at Work

As a Software Engineer, you'll work on a variety of projects beyond our
AI Acute Care Workflow platform. You'll build and maintain systems for note generation, AI analysis, risk analysis, and much more. The role involves creating multistep AI workflows, but also getting in the weeds of frontend and backend software development. In addition, you may, if you so choose, work closely with doctors to develop new products and improve existing products.

We leverage AI tools like Cursor throughout our development process, making all engineers full-stack. AI is our bread and butter—it not only powers our products but also influences all our internal processes and workflows. You'll be part of a small, cross-functional team that values fast iteration and practical execution.

We Are Looking For:

• Mid to Senior Level Engineers (6-10+ Years) with very strong Computer Science fundamentals and experience in a nimble, fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Engineers with a flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset—comfortable debugging various issues across the stack
• Teammates who enjoy collaborating in a close-knit, dynamic team environment with tons of intellectual curiosity to constantly learn more and be more efficient without sacrificing quality
