About the Role

As a hands-on engineer, you will develop both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software, contributing to a platform that revolutionizes the hiring process through real-time AI-driven interviews. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges with clear opportunities for growth. Potential projects include:

• Consumer Software:

  • Reducing interviewer response latency to 200ms

  • Fine-tuning models to reduce hallucination and improve response accuracy

  • Scaling system architecture to support thousands of concurrent users

• Enterprise Software:

  • Integrating with customers’ internal hiring systems

  • Optimizing visual presentation of interview data for speed and clarity

  • Building out numerous feature requests to enhance platform functionality

You’ll work on a platform that serves both candidates, through seamless interview experiences, and employers, through robust data aggregation and analysis tools.

Required Technical Experience:

• Javascript (Typescript, React, Node, Next)

Preferred Experience:

• Frontend design with tools like Figma

• Machine Learning/Deep Learning (open source, inference at scale)
