Compensation: Competitive salary, plus benefits and bonuses, paid in your local currency. Salary will be dependent on location, experience and qualifications. Panda is currently seeking a full-time, Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years experience to help build the next generation of our web-based platform, which spans our entire company workflow. This is a chance to work on an exciting, complex and ambitious platform that will be used by our internal workforce across multiple regions and our external clients.
This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel, and is ideally suited to candidates who enjoy working in a smaller, cross-functional team environment where they can have a big impact on all product decisions, work quickly and iteratively, and can explore opportunities to wear different hats and pursue growth in areas that interest them.

Panda is happy to hire people with tabletop industry experience, including active game designers who license their designs to publishers. However, Panda does not hire people who own tabletop game publishing companies and who actively publish tabletop games. If you currently own a tabletop game publishing company and actively publish games, you would need to divest yourself of that business or cease publishing games prior to starting work with Panda. Similarly, Panda is happy to hire people who own and create content for the tabletop industry, such as podcasts, youtube channels, blogs, etc. However, Panda does not hire people who receive payments directly from tabletop publishing companies to promote their content.
