About the Opportunity

TW Group is partnering with an established gaming technology company seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to design, build, and enhance web-based applications and internal development tools.

This opportunity is ideal for a software engineer who enjoys working across the full technology stack, solving complex technical challenges, and building applications that improve how creative and technical teams work together.

You'll collaborate with developers, game designers, mathematicians, artists, and audio specialists to create reliable, scalable, and maintainable tools that support game design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications and internal development tools.

• Build intuitive, functional front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.

• Develop and maintain APIs that support application functionality and data integration.

• Work with modern technologies, including React, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Prisma, and SQL.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical and business requirements into effective software solutions.

• Design and implement efficient database structures using relational and non-relational databases.

• Write clean, well-architected, maintainable, and reusable code.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and supporting development best practices.

• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Utilize Git and modern development workflows to support collaborative software delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Java, or another major programming language.

• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational database design and implementation, including technologies such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end APIs.

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, software design patterns, and application architecture.

• Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software applications.

• Familiarity with version control, pull requests, code reviews, and modern package management.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.

• Experience building web applications using React.

• Familiarity with Prisma, GraphQL, and Docker.

• Experience with continuous integration and modern development pipelines.

• Mobile development experience, including performance and optimization considerations.

• Contributions to open-source projects, independent software projects, or game development initiatives.

• Interest in artificial intelligence and its potential applications in software development.

• Previous experience within casino gaming, iGaming, or interactive entertainment environments.
