As we expand our product infrastructure to support a growing patient and client base, we are seeking a full-time full stack engineer (Angular™ and NestJS specialist) to join our remote engineering team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated developer who thrives in TypeScript, has extensive experience with Angular™ and NestJS, and wants to build systems that directly improve health outcomes.

** Key Responsibilities** __ __

• Build and maintain core applications utilizing Angular™ (standalone modules) and NestJS;
• Rapidly prototype new features and translate product ideas into working minimum viable products (MVPs);
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable TypeScript code across the stack;
• Design and implement scalable REST and GraphQL™ application programming interfaces (APIs);
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and clinical teams to build intuitive tools;
• Architect frontend and backend communication and optimize performance across services;
• Contribute to internal libraries , shared tooling, and technical documentation.

** Required Qualifications**

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing production-ready applications using Angular™ and NestJS;
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript;
• Hands-on experience with Firebase™ services (including Firebase Authentication™, Cloud Firestore™, Firebase Hosting™, and Cloud Functions for Firebase™);
• Deep understanding of observables, RxJS, and component-based architecture;
• Strong command of state management, dependency injection, and modular monorepo practices;
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.

** Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with React™, Ionic™, and Capacitor™;
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL™ and NoSQL databases;
• User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) sensitivity and ability to implement clean, responsive interfaces;
• Prior experience working on healthcare applications or HIPAA-compliant systems.
