The role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design and build features across the full application stack, helping Vale deliver a seamless experience for customers, operators, and internal teams.
- Design, build, and ship features across both front-end and back-end systems
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code across the full stack
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to engineering best practices
- Review code from peers and give constructive, actionable feedback
- Debug and resolve production issues promptly and thoroughly
- Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and engineering processes
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 4+ years of full stack engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in React and Node.js (or equivalent front-end/back-end stack)
- Experience with relational databases and RESTful or GraphQL API design
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments
- Experience with automated testing at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
Compensation
$140,000 – $185,000 per year
