Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React/Next.js or Angular, REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud technologies. This role involves leading end-to-end solution delivery, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8/11/17+.

Build scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud.

Implement application security using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.

Develop and optimize SQL/NoSQL database solutions.

Integrate enterprise applications through APIs, messaging systems, and third-party services.

Frontend Development

Develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, or Angular.

Create reusable UI components and optimize application performance.

Consume REST APIs and implement state management.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.

Technical Leadership

Lead end-to-end solution design, development, testing, and production deployment.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices.

Prepare technical documentation and support Agile delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications.
