Location: Virtual Office (New Jersey, New York, Florida Only)

We are a well-established software company looking for a responsible, dependable, motivated, and results-driven individual to join our technical team! This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations within our product development and support group. Primary responsibilities include Full Stack Programming, managing databases, Tier 3 Support, and other projects.

** Salary is dependent on qualifications.**

Must have strong interpersonal skills.

• Must have Full Stack Programming experience
• Must know SQL
• UI Design skills a plus.
• Graphic artist skills are a plus.
• Must have Customer Technical Support experience.
• Must be willing to learn.

This person will work remotely and report directly to the vice president of the company.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Programming
• Modifying Web Pages
• Updating and Supporting a WordPress site
• Tier 3 Technical Support Calls
• Quickly respond to customer issues and requests.
• Build customer relationships.

• Web Design is a must

• Android Studio is a plus

• Graphic Artist Skills are a plus

• Customer Technical Support

• Ability to understand customer issues and resolve them quickly.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but will consider 2+ years of technology or software experience.

• Ability to quickly master new software tools

• Technologically savvy

• Must be able to present himself\herself in a professional manner and possess excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Self-motivated, goal, and detail-oriented.
