We are looking for strong engineers who can deliver high-quality code, collaborate tightly, and continuously learn. As a Software Engineer you’ll build production features, contribute ideas, and grow under the mentorship of a Lead Software Engineer while helping the squad meet its delivery goals.
Who we are seeking as a teammate:
1–3 years professional software engineering experience.
Full-stack proficiency:
Frontend: modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
Backend: object-oriented language (C#, Java, Python, Kotlin, etc.).
Data: solid SQL skills and understanding of relational schemas.
Cloud: exposure to deploying apps on Azure, AWS, or GCP using CI/CD.
Comfort with GenAI developer tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.) and willingness to use AI to code faster and smarter.
Collaborative mindset: eager to give and receive feedback, pair program, and share knowledge.
Quality focus: writes unit/integration tests and mindful of performance and security.
Agile familiarity: participates in backlog refinement, story sizing, and retrospectives.
Bonus points for
Mobile (React Native, Flutter) or desktop (Electron, Tauri, WPF) experience.
GenAI hobby projects—prompt engineering, small agents, or model fine-tuning.
Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or IoT domains.
