The Role: Full-Stack Software Engineer
We’re looking for a generalist full-stack engineer with a founder’s mindset who can tackle unsolved problems and deliver meaningful solutions. This role offers the opportunity to automate billions of hours of human labor and work closely with cross-functional teams in product and design. If you're energized by chaos, ambiguity, and working at high speed, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
Scale workflows, data pipelines, and integrations at the core of our digital workers.
Build and maintain feature-rich workflows to create significant value for our customers.
Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to apply cutting-edge techniques to real-world use cases.
Identify and explore new applications for our AI worker playbook.

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of full-stack engineering experience across both frontend and backend.
Willing to work on-site in San Francisco every day.
Experience in high-growth startups, thriving in chaotic and fast-moving environments.
Ability to switch contexts quickly and juggle multiple priorities.
Strong ownership—ready to learn whatever it takes to solve complex problems end-to-end.
Preferred Background
Founder or entrepreneurial experience preferred.
Track record in hyper-growth environments.
