Now Hiring Customer Service Rep in Castroville, CA

Pay: $16/HR

Shift: AM shift. 8am-430pm

Under direction of the Office Manager, the Customer Service & Repack Representative, fulfills the various needs to support smooth operations in the warehouse and repack facility.

Your primary goals and responsibilities include:

•  Verify repack and warehouse orders for completeness to ensure all orders have current lot numbers, correct size
• and labels as well as enough product available in their inventory – if not, notify supervisor
•  Creates all documentation and stickers required for the orders and ensures they are complete and accurate 
• Input and verify all repack orders for production (print rewrap report and tags for each order)
•  Prepare and update orders for production
•  Update and verify orders to be delivered off
•  File delivery manifests and work packets
•  Maintain a current inventory of accounts and keep customers informed of changes or needs 
• Miscellaneous invoicing for additional services
•  Prepare and fill out various paperwork/reports
•  Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

•  High school diploma or equivalent
•  1 year of clerical experience within a manufacturing or packaging company
•  Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
•  Intermediate computer skills to use the Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office Products
• Good arithmetic and reading skills
• Ability to be flexible and change tasks quickly and efficiently
•  Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Preferred Qualifications

•  Bilingual English/Spanish
•  Scheduling experience
