Job description:
Livwell Health LLC is currently searching for a professional to fill the position of full-time Administrative Assistant at our clinics in San Jose and Mountainview, CA. The administrative assistant is responsible for answering phones, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, and providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers for our clinics in San Jose and Mountainview. The selected candidate will be responsible to act as the alternate site administrator for department of health visits as well as other miscellaneous tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides courteous and respectful customer service to patients
Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointments
Answers and routes incoming calls
Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies
Receives and organizes deliveries
Respects confidentiality of all patients
Requests documentation and medication refills from Doctor offices
Educational / Professional Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual - Spanish or Vietnamese preferred
Skills:
Excellent Organizational Skills
Reliable work history
Able to collaborate in a team environment
Customer Service skills
Knowledge of basic computer systems(MS Office)
Pay:
$20-$25/hr
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours a week)

Full Time
In person: Mountainview - Monday
In person: San Jose - Thursday
Work at home: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Medical office experience (Not required, but a plus)
