KRE Security is actively hiring a dependable and experienced Armed Security Field Supervisor to lead and support our field operations. This is a hands on leadership role ideal for candidates with prior security experience who are ready to take the next step in their career.

What You Will Do

Supervise and support security officers across multiple sites

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure full coverage and compliance

Train and coach officers while providing corrective guidance when needed

Complete daily reports and incident documentation accurately

Act as the main point of contact between field staff and management

Respond to incidents emergencies and assist with conflict resolution

What We Are Looking For

Prior security experience required

Supervisory experience preferred

Law enforcement or military background is a plus but not required

ACT 235 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
