This role is primarily based out of Hamburg, PA, with occasional travel to Harrisburg depending on company and client needs. The schedule operates as a swing shift, meaning hours may transition between first and second shift to support operations.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites

Conduct site visits to ensure quality, coverage, and compliance

Train, coach, and mentor team members for success

Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation

Serve as a key link between field staff and management

Respond to incidents and help resolve on-site challenges

What You Bring

Previous security experience (required)

Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)

Law enforcement or military background (a plus, not required)

ACT 235 certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to operational needs
