Popsi Lingerie is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team full-time at our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales experience and a passion for the fashion industry to grow within a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach to boutiques, retailers, and distributors
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service and consistent follow-up
Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the brand and generate leads
Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities, pipelines, and reporting
Consistently follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales and meet or exceed targets
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure smooth onboarding and order fulfillment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Proven experience with trade shows and industry networking
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
A tenacious, self-starter mindset with a track record of persistence and follow-through
Must be highly organized and goal-oriented
Compensation & Benefits:
$22 per hour + 5% commission on all closed sales
