Job Summary We are seeking a Baker to join the team at our bakery! In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads/doughs (Sourdough / Baguettes/ Croissant Dough / Focaccia / Challah / Brioche). You will be responsible for opening the bakery in the morning and prepping for the day ahead, from shaping to baking. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
Open the bakery and prepare for the day/days ahead
Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
Shape/Bake a variety of breads, prep doughs for following days
Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a baker in a similar role is preferred
Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Team player
Available for early morning shifts 5am-1pm Monday - Friday
Able to lift 50lbs
