    Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Field Supervisor to support our clients and caregivers in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on caregiving, client interaction, and team support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Complete new client intakes, including onboarding paperwork and initial care plan development

    Perform client assessments and recommend updates to care plans and schedules

    Conduct home visits to ensure caregivers are following care plans and performing duties appropriately

    Provide caregiver support, including covering client visits as needed

    Conduct in-service training with caregivers in client homes

    Complete “warm welcomes” by introducing caregivers to new clients and ensuring readiness

    Participate in occasional marketing activities such as health fairs and networking events

    Assist with general office and team support as needed

    Schedule & Availability:

    Monday through Friday, with up to two weekend days per month (weekend days will replace weekday hours)

    Schedule provided weekly (confirmed each Friday)

    Two days off each week

    Shifts may vary between 6:30 AM and 9:00 PM

    One hour unpaid break per workday

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Up to $25 per hour based off of experience

    Biweekly pay (Fridays)

    2 weeks of PTO (Paid Time Off)

    40 hours of Sick time

    Holiday Pay

    Company vehicle provided for work use

    Gas card provided (for company vehicle use only)

    Additional Details:

    Company vehicle must be picked up from the office at the start of the day

    Vehicle use is limited to company business unless otherwise approved

    Mileage reimbursement is not provided unless preapproved

    All fuel receipts must be submitted weekly

    Qualifications:

    Prior elder caregiving experience required

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
