About the Role Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is currently hiring nannies for multiple families in the Orlando area. Families are seeking dependable, attentive, and nurturing nannies to provide quality care for their children during scheduled hours. Nannies should be comfortable following established routines, supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, engaging, and positive environment for children in their care. Current Openings Winter Park - 2-Year-Old Start Date: asap Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM College Park – 2-Month-Old Start Date: asap Schedule: Monday 7 am - 12 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7 am - 4 pm, and occasional Fridays Altamonte Springs – 4-Month-Old and 2-Year-Old Start Date: End of July Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM Pay Range: $19 - $22 hourly Why Work With Twinkle Toes? Responsibilities: Provide attentive, reliable care for children while following each family's routines and preferences Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support learning, development, and play Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment at all times Assist with children's daily needs, including meals, snacks, bottles, naps, diapering, and personal care as applicable Maintain clean and organized play areas, children's spaces, and common areas used throughout the day Complete light child-related household tasks, such as children's laundry, dishes, bottle washing, and tidying after activities and meals Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding the children's day, routines, and needs Follow household guidelines and practice strong safety and hygiene standards Qualifications: Agency Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Must be 18 years of age or older Must have graduated from high school Must have professional childcare experience with children ages 4 months and up Must have at least [3] years of professional childcare experience (nanny experience preferred) Must have valid CPR certification for infants and children or be willing to obtain certification before start date Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (run by our agency) Must be a non-smoker Ideal Candidate 3+ years of professional nanny experience, with significant newborn care experience required. Experience caring for premature infants or medically fragile newborns strongly preferred. Background in neonatal care, pediatric healthcare, or certification as a newborn care specialist is highly valued but not required. Exceptionally attentive, patient, dependable, and comfortable communicating closely with parents. Seeking a long-term position and excited to become an important part of a family's support system. Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
