About the Role We are currently seeking dependable, nurturing nannies to provide attentive, hands-on care for young children in family homes. Ideal candidates are proactive, engaging, and passionate about supporting children's growth through age-appropriate activities, play, and daily routines. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and positive environment, following established schedules, meeting children's daily needs, and providing regular communication with parents regarding activities, milestones, and any concerns that arise throughout the day. Responsibilities: Including (but not limited to): • Delivering attentive, nurturing care tailored to infants and young children, with a focus on age-appropriate development • Encouraging early milestones through activities such as tummy time, sensory exploration, reading, and guided play • Following and supporting individualized feeding and nap schedules based on each child’s needs and cues • Preparing bottles, properly sanitizing feeding items, and assisting with developmental transitions, including the introduction of solids when appropriate • Ensuring children remain upright after feedings when necessary and monitoring their overall comfort and well-being • Promoting screen-free engagement through creative play, crafts, reading, and outdoor outings • Managing children’s laundry, maintaining tidy play areas and nurseries, and keeping all child-related spaces organized • Providing light household assistance related to the children, such as cleaning up after meals and unloading the dishwasher as needed • Maintaining open, clear communication with parents regarding daily routines, activities, and any health or developmental updates Qualifications: Agency Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must have graduated from high school • Must have professional childcare experience with children ages 4 months and up • Must have at least [3] years of professional childcare experience (nanny experience preferred) • Must have valid CPR certification for infants and children or be willing to obtain certification before start date • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (run by our agency) • Must be a non-smoker Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
