Job Title: Full-Time Caregiver (3 PM - 11 PM)

Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in our care, ensuring they receive high-quality personal care in a safe and nurturing environment. The primary responsibility will be to help our clients maintain their dignity and independence while finding joy in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records of medication schedules.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with scheduled exercises and therapeutic routines as directed.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and safe environment for clients.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; experience or education in caregiving preferred.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is highly desirable.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry up to [Specify weight if applicable] lbs or assist clients with mobility as needed.
- Capability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
