Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is seeking a full-time Childcare Provider with infant experience in the Winter Park, Florida & Windermere, FL area. Position is with a 4-month-old child starting on March 23rd. (Winter Park) Hours: M-F 7:30 am or 8:30 am-4:30 pm or 5:30 pm Monday-Friday Position is with a 1-year-old starting ASAP (Windermere) Hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm Position is with a 4-month-old starting mid-April (Maitland) Hours: M-F 8:30-4:30 Our agency is currently seeking experienced, dependable, and nurturing nannies to join our team and work with our wonderful families in the Orlando area. Position Overview: Families are looking for dependable, attentive nannies to provide daily, hands-on care for their children during scheduled hours. Nannies are expected to meet each child’s needs during their shifts, follow family routines, and engage in age-appropriate, developmentally supportive activities in a safe and nurturing environment. Pay: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and position The successful applicant will be responsible for the safety of the children, engaging in developmentally-appropriate activities, and keeping us updated on events throughout the day and alerting us immediately if there are any problems. Will need the nanny available during the days Monday-Friday, and you will have a set, consistent schedule. With Twinkle Toes, you will have the flexibility of picking up extra shifts and working a flexible schedule if you wish to work more hours! Responsibilities: Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Providing loving, attentive, and reliable care • Following daily routines (feeding, naps, play, etc.) • Engaging children in age-appropriate activities and play • Supporting emotional, social, and developmental milestones • Light child-related tasks (tidying play areas, child meal prep, etc.) Qualifications: Agency Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Must be able to transport yourself to and from work • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must have graduated from high school • Must have professional childcare experience with children ages 4 months and up • Must have at least [3] years of professional childcare experience (nanny experience preferred) • Must have valid CPR certification for infants and children or be willing to obtain certification prior to start date • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (run by our agency) • Must be a non-smoker Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
