Go Green Cleaning Experts is hiring a residential cleaning technician!

Pay: Base pay plus performance incentives — most techs earn $20–$23/hr, and top performers can make up to $25/hr. Paid training included!

We’re looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to join our team. Full-time daytime availability is preferred, but we will consider part-time applicants with consistent schedules.

Schedule: • Monday–Friday, daytime hours (approx. 8:30am–4:30pm) • No nights, no Sundays (occasional Saturdays only if needed) • Part-time applicants: consistent minimum of X hours/week required (you can set 20–25 hours as a guideline)

What You’ll Be Doing: • Cleaning residential homes independently • Following detailed checklists and company systems • Maintaining high attention to detail • Communicating professionally with clients and office team • Representing Go Green Cleaning Experts with care and integrity

What We’re Looking For: • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working independently • Residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs (vacuum, supplies, etc.) • Able to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods • Able to pass a background check
