Insurance Verification, some insurance knowledge is a bonus

2+ years' experience working in a dental office

Uses great communication skills with proper dental terminology

Happily greet patients at their arrival and departure

Maintains and updates patients’ files

Answering phone calls, scheduling and confirmation of appointments

Collecting patient co-pays
