Opal Dental Lab, a well-established and innovative dental laboratory located in the beautiful city of Bellingham, WA, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full-Time Dental Technician to join our dedicated team.

About Us: At Opal Dental Lab, we specialize in high-quality, custom dental restorations using the latest digital technologies and materials. We’re proud of our collaborative work environment, attention to detail, and strong relationships with dental professionals throughout the region.

Position Overview: As a Dental Technician, you'll be responsible for fabricating dental prosthetics with precision and artistry. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Dentures

Crown & bridge

Ceramics

CAD/CAM design

Implants or removable prosthetics

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate, adjust, and finish dental restorations to high standards of quality and fit

Operate laboratory equipment and digital design tools

Maintain clean and organized workspaces

Collaborate with other technicians and dentists to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a dental technician (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Familiarity with dental materials and tools

Experience with CAD/CAM software (preferred but not required)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
