Crate Escape Too, located in the heart of Huron Village, is looking for a FULL-TIME Pen Attendant to join our dedicated and dog-loving team!

Who We’re Looking For: A responsible, reliable, and compassionate individual who thrives in an active environment and loves working with dogs of all breeds and sizes. If you're someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate well, and work well with others—this could be your perfect fit!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintaining clean, safe, and orderly pens for our daycare dogs

Monitoring dog behavior to ensure a positive and safe play environment

Jumping in with a supportive team to manage dog groups and prevent conflicts

Assisting with front desk duties including greeting customers, answering phones, and checking dogs in/out

Helping with retail sales in our small shop (training provided!)

Staying active and on your feet during your 8-hour shift

Keeping a clean and organized space with regular cleaning duties

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with strong situational awareness and great communication skills

Someone who’s comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

Retail or customer service experience is a plus

Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and love being around dogs

Previous experience with dogs preferred, but not required

Must be 18 years or older to apply

Must be available Monday-Friday and one Saturday/month.

Pay: Compensation is based on experience.
