About United Defense Tactical United Defense Tactical is a veteran owned, premier reality-based self-defense training center dedicated to empowering individuals through combat fitness, hand-to-hand combat, and firearm training in immersive simulated environments. Our membership-based model focuses on practical skills that build confidence and preparedness. We're seeking dynamic Enrollment Coaches to join our team and help grow our community of empowered members.

Job Summary As an Enrollment Coach, you'll be the frontline of our sales team, transforming inbound leads into committed members. You'll contact prospects, schedule and lead engaging one-hour training sessions that showcase our unique offerings, and close enrollments by highlighting the value of our programs. Are you a former military or law enforcement professional—or a civilian with a strong background in firearms and tactical training—who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to close a deal with confidence and integrity? If you're looking for your next team—THIS IS IT!

    Key Responsibilities

Reach out to inbound leads via phone, email, and other channels to qualify interest and schedule introductory sessions.

Conduct one-hour training sessions in our simulated environments, demonstrating combat fitness, hand-to-hand techniques, and firearm training to immerse prospects in the experience.

Build personalized enrollment plans, address objections, and close sales to convert leads into members.

Track lead progress in our GoHighLevel CRM system, follow up consistently, and report on sales metrics.

Collaborate with trainers and staff to ensure seamless member onboarding and retention.

Contribute to team goals by sharing best practices and participating in ongoing training.

Participate in weekly Business Development activities.

Qualifications and Requirements We're looking for Enrollment Coaches who embody the qualities that drive our success:

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You excel at clear, engaging dialogue—whether explaining a tactical drill or negotiating membership terms—ensuring every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.

Proven Sales Aptitude: With a track record in sales (or a demonstrated hunger to learn), you're skilled at closing deals and turning "maybe" into "yes" through confident, value-driven persuasion.

Passion for Self-Defense and Fitness: Your enthusiasm for reality-based training shines through, inspiring leads to envision themselves mastering our combat simulations and committing to membership. A background with firearms is preferred, but not required.

Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills: You juggle multiple leads effortlessly, scheduling sessions and managing follow-ups with precision to maximize conversions.

Ability to Build Rapport and Trust Quickly: You're a natural at connecting with people from all walks of life, uncovering their self-defense needs and fostering trust that leads to enrollments.

Resilience and Positive Attitude: Rejection doesn't faze you; instead, you maintain optimism, learn from every interaction, and persistently pursue goals in a fast-paced sales environment.

Additional preferences include prior experience in fitness, sales, or customer service; familiarity with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel and ClubReady; and a willingness to undergo background checks for firearm-related training.
