    by Landmark is hiring a confident and people-focused professional for our Full-Time Event Scheduling Specialist role.

    This is a unique sales support position based in our Plainfield, NJ headquarters. As an Event Scheduling Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for couples planning one of the most important days of their lives. Your role is to connect with leads by phone, build trust quickly, and match them with the right Landmark venue for their vision.

    Our venues are stunning, our leads are strong, and we're looking for someone who can help guide couples through their first steps of planning— cross-selling properties, booking tours, and delivering a welcoming, helpful experience.

    Who We're Looking For

    You're a strong communicator with a warm and confident phone presence. You can think fast, pivot quickly, and guide people toward great options—sometimes steering them toward a better fit than they initially considered. You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks, staying organized, and learning our venue offerings inside and out.

    What You'll Do

    • Speak with wedding and event leads by phone, email and text, guiding them to schedule in-person venue tours
    • Confidently cross-sell across our 15+ properties based on guest preferences, location, capacity, and style
    • Learn our venue portfolio and ask the right questions to make recommendations feel personal and thoughtful
    • Input and manage client data and appointment information in company systems
    • Respond to inquiries and follow up to ensure no opportunity is missed
    • Work closely with our sales teams to create seamless client handoffs

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of customer service or phone-based sales experience
    • Excellent phone and communication skills—you enjoy talking to people and guiding decisions
    • Able to quickly grasp venue details and shift conversations based on client needs
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
    • Comfort with phone, email, text, and digital systems (CRM or scheduling tools)
    • Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
    • Bonus points for call center, hospitality, or event experience!

    Compensation & Perks

    • Full-Time
    • $18–$26/hour + commission
    • Located at our Plainfield, NJ headquarters
