• Sell the Value – Promote our popular Wash Club Memberships —they basically sell themselves (and you earn bonuses!).
• Run the Show – Guide cars into the tunnel with care and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Own the Space – Keep vacuums, wash areas, and work zones looking sharp.
• Handle Payments – Ring up purchases quickly and accurately while chatting with customers.
• Pitch In Anywhere – Teamwork makes it happen. Everyone helps, everyone wins.
