Full-Time Family Assistant in South East Charlotte for a 3-Month-Old Baby
Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in South East Charlotte (close to Matthews) in finding a Full-Time Family Assistant for their 3-month-old baby. The Family Assistant would typically be needed Monday-Friday, with a guarantee of 30 hours and a typical start time of 6:00 am. The family’s schedule will vary from month to month, with 12 to 14 days per month, averaging around 12 hours per day when scheduled. As the baby grows, the Family Assistant will also introduce enriching outings, including trips to the library, story time, visits to the park, and other engaging activities. The Family Assistant should be able to follow the baby’s cues while also supporting and maintaining a consistent daily routine to encourage healthy development. Mom has a fluctuating schedule and will occasionally be home while the nanny is working.
