Schedule • 4 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (on-site) • Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends off • Holidays off

Requirements • Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) • New York licensure required • Completion of minimum 3,600 clinical practice hours • Active malpractice insurance required • Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers • Comfortable providing care to children and adults • Comfortable conducting basic gynecologic exams, including Pap smears • Provides contraceptive counseling and birth control education • Spanish-speaking a plus
