🩺 Role Responsibilities (Full-Time Salary)

Provide SOC, ROC, Recerts, Routine Visits, and Discharges

Deliver skilled nursing care: wound care, diabetic teaching, vitals, meds, and education

Collaborate with physicians, families, and office staff

Complete accurate documentation in Axxess EMR

Observe and report changes in patient condition

Manage your daily route with flexibility and independence

🧩 What We’re Looking For

Active Texas RN License

At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred but NOT required)

Strong communication and clinical judgment

Reliable transportation and auto insurance

CPR certified

Familiarity with Medicare documentation is a plus — but we will train
