Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Abacus Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support in various technical environments. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering unparalleled service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance for robots and charging stations
• Troubleshoot and execute onsite repairs including preparation and necessary equipment management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist customers with handling non hardware related escalations onsite.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during visits.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working in manufacturing facilities or other environments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred, but we do look at experience and aptitude.
• Prefer 1 year plus experience with hands on technical role.
• Familiar with basic electrical and electronic schematics is highly advantageous.
• Proficient with mechanical tools, meters, and electrical testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
