Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Schedule and confirm transportation rides.
Monitor drivers' scheduled rides on a daily basis.
Conduct confirmation calls with clients and facilities.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and healthcare facilities.
Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, documentation, etc.)
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is updated.
Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Office Administration:
Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, handling emails and organizing meetings.
Assist with office supplies inventory management.
Organize and maintain office equipment, ensuring everything is functional and repaired when necessary.
Learn alongside HR/Scheduler to efficiently dispatch and organize the schedule when needed.
