Position Overview

We are currently seeking three Full-Time Front of House Team Members to join our morning team. This opportunity is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy starting the day early, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing exceptional customer service. Team members in this role help create a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience for every guest.

Schedule Requirements

• Full-time position
• Must be available to work opening shifts beginning at 5:30 AM
• Saturday availability is required
• Closed every Sunday, providing a guaranteed day off each week

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare beverages and assist with food delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workplace and front counter
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide fast and accurate service
• Follow all food safety and operational procedures
• Represent the organization through professionalism and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet local employment requirements
