Position Highlights:**

• Location: Must live near our Burnsville, MN location for in-office training and working on-site.
• Training: Comprehensive 2-week onsite training program.
• Earnings: 1st Year $40,000 to $80,000

What you’ll Do: Sell premium luxury items at unbeatable prices, offer exceptional relationship-based service to our clients, meet performance goals, and attend all training sessions.

**Training & Full-Time Schedule: **

• Weeks 1-2: On-site training and work (9:00a-5:30p, Monday thru Friday)
• Weeks 3+: This role is for in-office work only. * Work Schedule Options: Monday – Sunday (work at least 5 days, up to 40hours, must include one weekend day) * Shift start time between: 10:00a CST – 12:30p CST * Hours of Operation: Monday– Saturday 7:00a-10:00p and Sunday’s 8:00a-9:00p. Hours extended during high peak period. * Holiday period: Through December 27, 2025

Compensation:

• Wages: $18.00/hour + commission

Holiday Attendance Bonus:

** October through December**

• ** $500 Bonus with perfect attendance**
• ** $250 Bonus with 2 attendance issues - tardy or absences**

Requirements: We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2+ years of relationship sales and customer service experience, able to commute to our Burnsville, MN office for training. Demonstrated sales proficiency, excellent phone skills, and a passion for meeting sales goals are key.
