Dependable Nursing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team serving the Northeast Phoenix area , north of Northern and E of the I-17.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and communicate changes to the healthcare team

• Educate patients and families on disease management and care needs

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations

• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

• Home health experience preferred but not required
