Position Summary
This is a community-based full-time role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and a meaningful impact. You’ll provide in-home physical therapy to patients recovering from injuries resulting from auto accidents or workplace incidents, helping them regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland
2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, home health, or orthopedics preferred)
Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
Comfortable working independently in the field
Tech-savvy and able to document on the go
Evening and/or weekend availability preferred but not required.
Flexible Full-Time Opportunity
Average caseload: 30–35 patient visits per week.
Flexible Hours — Ideal availability is 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, but not a requirement. (This can be discussed)

Efficient Routing — We help you learn to group by county and zip code to minimize drive time.
