About the Role:

Join Chicana Cooking LLC DBA XICA as a Host in the vibrant city of San Francisco, CA! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Support the team during busy service periods to enhance guest satisfaction.

Promote a positive and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
