Full-Time Housekeeper – High Net Worth Family in Reno

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Split Shift)
Compensation: $35–$40/hour DOE
Start Date: ASAP (Long-term Role)

A respectful, high-net-worth family in Reno is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and proactive full-time Housekeeper to join their household team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large, busy homes and providing exceptional housekeeping services in a discreet and efficient manner.

The household is active with multiple children and a growing family, so the Housekeeper must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with other household staff to maintain a smooth and well-organized home. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to travel with the family during holidays, school breaks, and occasional weekends.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• Split Shift: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Guaranteed full-time hours

• Family provides a vehicle for all work-related driving

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces. NO DEEP CLEANING

• Manage household organization: closets, pantries, laundry rooms, and storage areas

• Handle laundry, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care for the family

• Care for fine surfaces, artwork, antiques, and luxury furnishings using proper cleaning methods

• Maintain household supplies and restock as needed

• Work collaboratively with the Nanny and other staff to keep the home running smoothly

• Assist with occasional meal prep, grocery runs, or errands as requested

• Travel with the family as needed, ensuring packing, unpacking, and housekeeping standards are maintained off-site

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private household

• Strong knowledge of proper care techniques for high-end furnishings, finishes, and wardrobe items

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, efficient, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

• Flexible with schedule and comfortable with occasional travel

• Discreet, professional, and reliable

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to certify)

• Willing to travel with the family as needed
