Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is currently hiring infant nannies to join our team! We are looking for dependable, caring nannies who have at least two years of professional childcare experience, a reliable vehicle, a clean background, excellent references, and a positive attitude. Candidates must be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification before starting. Tucson families located in Marana, Oro Valley, Casas Adobes, Catalina Foothills, and the Eastside are currently looking for long-term, full-time nannies to become part of their families. Nannies should have a strong background in infant care, be familiar with milestones and infant development, and be extremely reliable and punctual. Previous nanny experience is strongly preferred; however, teachers and babysitters are also encouraged to apply. Once working with Twinkle Toes, you will also be added to our on-call network, allowing you to pick up optional babysitting shifts for other local families in addition to your regular position! Responsibilities: Prepare bottles and work with breast milk and formula Assist with diapering, feeding, bathing, and dressing Maintain daily routines such as naps, playtime, and learning activities Engage children in age-appropriate activities Adhere to infant schedules as requested Perform light housekeeping related to childcare Communicate regularly with parents about children’s needs and progress Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment Adjust care as appropriate to the child's age over time Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience Experience caring for infants 3-6 months old Strong communication skills and reliability Experience as a nanny strongly preferred Knowledge of infant and child development Excellent references Reliable vehicle Clean background CPR Certified or willingness to obtain Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
