    Customer Experience & Sales Leadership

    • Lead by Example: Deliver an exceptional customer experience through Salomon’s Signature Service model by sharing product expertise, storytelling, and giving personalized service
    • Coach in the Moment: Provide feedback and guidance to team members to improve sales performance and engagement
    • Connect with Customers: Build authentic relationships and help customers find the right gear for their needs and outdoor pursuits
    • Problem Solve: Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome
    • Drive Results: Support daily and seasonal sales goals through active selling and team leadership

    Operations & Store Management

    • Manager on Duty: Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures and cash handling standards are followed
    • Support Inventory: Receive, process, and manage inventory accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain Standards: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand presentation standards
    • Promote Security: Support loss prevention practices and protect company assets

    Visual Merchandising & Brand Execution

    • Maintain Visual Standards: Support execution of merchandising direction to ensure strong product presentation
    • Support Replenishment: Assist with product flow, restocking, and preparation for promotions and launches

    Community & Brand Engagement

    • Build Local Connections: Support community activations, events, and partnerships
    • Represent the Brand: Act as a Salomon ambassador, sharing passion for outdoor sports and product innovation

In this role, you balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on selling in an environment that blends product expertise, community connection, and operational excellence. You help create a store experience that reflects Salomon’s passion for mountain sports and inspires every customer to explore further. In this role, you will: • Lead the Floor: Act as Manager on Duty, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while supporting the team during daily operations • Drive Results: Support the team in achieving sales targets and key business metrics • Develop the Team: Provide real-time feedback and coaching to elevate performance and product knowledge • Execute with Excellence: Ensure operational standards, merchandising, and inventory processes are consistently met
