OVERVIEW As a Key Holder at Salomon, you play a critical role in bringing the brand to life on the sales floor while supporting daily store operations. You lead by example—delivering authentic, high-quality service and helping guide the team to achieve store goals. In this role, you balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on selling in an environment that blends product expertise, community connection, and operational excellence. You help create a store experience that reflects Salomon’s passion for mountain sports and inspires every customer to explore further. In this role, you will: • Lead the Floor: Act as Manager on Duty, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while supporting the team during daily operations • Drive Results: Support the team in achieving sales targets and key business metrics • Develop the Team: Provide real-time feedback and coaching to elevate performance and product knowledge • Execute with Excellence: Ensure operational standards, merchandising, and inventory processes are consistently met
